धारा 54 · Power of [State] [This word substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government to authorise any person to advance lands to debtors

The [State] [This word substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government [or any officer empowered by it] [These words were inserted by Bombay 70 of 1948, Section 22.] may by notification in the Official Gazette authorise in any local area any person to advance loans to debtors who are parties to any proceedings under this Act or in respect of whose debts an adjustment has been made under this Act.(2)
