धारा 49 · Practice of pleaders how regulated

- The pleaders in the Zila Courts shall practise each in such particular Court or Courts as may be assigned to them by the Zila Judge, or indiscriminately in all the Courts of the respective Zila, if it be not found necessary to appropriate the pleaders to particular Courts.
