धारा 3 · Establishment of Borstal Institutions

(1)

For the purposes of this Act the State Government may establish one or more Borstal Institutions.

(2)

For every Borstal Institution the State Government shall appoint a Superintendent and such other officers as may be necessary.

(3)

For every Borstal Institution a visiting committee shall be appointed in such manner as may be prescribed and shall consist of not less than five members.
