धारा 7A · [ Filling of a casual vacancy. [Inserted by Act 16 of 1978 w.e.f. 11.5.1978.]

- Where a vacancy occurs on account of removal, resignation, death or otherwise of a person appointed as a [non-official member] [Substituted by Act 8 of 1985 w.e.f. 1.6.1984.], the vacancy shall be filled by the State Government by appointment of a new [non-official member] [Substituted by Act 8 of 1985 w.e.f. 1.6.1984.] and the person so appointed shall hold office for the remainder of the term of the [non-official member] [Substituted by Act 8 of 1985 w.e.f. 1.6.1984.] in whose place he is appointed.]
