The Jammu and Kashmir Delegation of Powers Ordinance, 1982 (1 of 1982) is hereby repealed.(2)
Notwithstanding such repeal anything done, any action taken or any order issued under the Ordinance so repealed, shall be deemed to have been done, taken or issued under this Act, as if this Act had come into force on the 8th day of November, 1982.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
