धारा 1 · Short title and commencement

(1)

This Act may be called the Career Point University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2012.

(2)

It shall come into force on such [date] [Act came into force w.e.f. 14.05.2012 vide Notification No. EDN-A-Ka(1)- 14/2009, dated 11th May, 2012, published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh dated 14th May, 2012, p. 1116.] as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
