धारा 27 · Protection of action taken under this Act

(1)
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person in respect of any thing which is in good faith done or intended to be done under or in pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder.(2)
No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused or any injury suffered or likely to be suffered by virtue of any provisions contained in this Act or any rules made thereunder.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
