धारा 2 · Definitions

- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires -
(a)
"Act" means the Factories Act, 1948.(b)
"Chief Inspector" means the Chief Inspector of Factories, Haryana, and(c)
"Manager" means the person responsible to the occupier for the working of the factory for the purpose of the Act.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
