NR Rules 10अध्याय I · 1. Definitions. - (a) "roll" means the roll of persons entitled to vote at an election under these rules.
धारा 10 · [ Election of Vice-President. - (1) No election of a Vice-President of the Council shall be held at a meeting unless not less than fourteen days notice of the holding of such meeting has been given to all members of the Council by delivery at their ordinary place of residence of a notice, which shall specify that such election is to take place at the meeting in question.] [Rules 35, 36 and 37 renumbered as rules 10, 11 and 12 by Punjab Government Notification dated 31.3.1954.]

A candidate for election to the office of Vice-President shall be nominated by a proposer and a seconder who shall be members of the Council present at the meeting.(2)
