धारा 15 · Manner and purpose of association of persons with the Board section 10

(1)

The Board may invite any person, whose assistance or advice is considered useful in the performance or any of its functions, to participate in the deliberations of any of its meetings.

(2)

If the person associated with the Board under sub rule (1) happens to be a non-official and a resident of Chandigarh; he shall be entitled to get an allowance at the rate of rupees thirty only per day for each day of actual meeting of the Board, in which he is so associated.

(3)

If such a person is non-official and is not a resident of Chandigarh ; he shall be entitled to get an allowance of Rs. 45 (including daily allowance) for each day of the actual meeting of the Board in which he is so associated and also to traveling allowance at such rates as is admissible to a Grade I Officer of the State Government.

(4)

If such person is a serving officer or an employee in a Government undertaking, etc., he shall be entitled to traveling and daily allowance at the rates admissible under the relevant rules applicable to him.
