धारा 7 · Revocation of registration of project Section 7

- Upon the revocation of registration of a project under section 7, the Authority shall inform the promoter about such revocation in Form `REP-IV'.Provided that, the promoter shall be given an opportunity of being heard before revocation of registration of his project.
