धारा 37 · Transfer to other areas

- The Director or any officer authorized by the Government in this behalf may, on occurrence of fire or other emergency in any neighbouring area in which this Act is not in force, order the dispatch of members of the Service with necessary appliances and equipment to carry out fire-fighting operation in such area and thereupon, all the rules made thereunder shall apply to such area, during the period of fire or during such period as the Director may specify.
