धारा 13 · Meetings of the Foundation

(1)

The Foundation shall meet as often as necessary but at least once every quarter.

(2)

The meeting of Foundation shall be convened as desired by the Chairman.

(3)

The quorum for such meeting shall be one third of the total existing membership.
