The existing Rule V. 15 of the Municipal Account Code framed under Section 240 of the Punjab Municipal Act and made applicable to the Faridabad Complex Administration under Section 58 of the Faridabad Complex (Regulation and Development) Act, 1971, shall cease to operate within the limits of the Faridabad Complex from the date of publication of these Rules.
