धारा 3 · Section 3

When the Fire Brigade is sent outside the limits of Faridabad Complex, the following charges shall be levied :-

(a)

Rs. 3 per kilo-metre of actual distance travelled from the Fire Brigade Station to the place of occurrence of fire and back. Nothing will be charged for the movements during the fire fighting hours; and

(b)

Rs. 100 for the first hour and Rs. 40 for every subsequent hour as detention charged per Fire vehicle. Part of an hour shall be charged as full hour.

Note - To calculate the charges of the distance travelled, the Officer-in-Charge of the vehicle will note the meter reading while leaving the Fire Brigade Station and on reaching the place of occurrence of fire. he will similarly note the meter reading while starting back from the fire scene and again on reaching the Fire Brigade Station. The distance thus travelled shall be charged at the rates prescribed in clause (a).
