धारा 2 · Repeal of Punjab Act XXXIX of 1948

- On such day as the State Government may, by Repeal of Punjab Act notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this XXXIX of behalf, the East Punjab Cement Control Act, 1948, 1948, shall stand repealed.
