धारा 18 · Protection of action taken in good faith

- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, the Corporation, an authorised officer, an agent or any other employee of the State Government or of the Corporation for any thing in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder.
