धारा 41 · Conduct of oral examinations

(1)

The oral examinations for SSC/HSSC shall be conducted by the Board in accordance with the norms laid down by the Board.

(2)

External and Internal Examiners shall be appointed at each place of oral examination.

(3)

The Examiner shall allot marks for oral testing on the spot and submit the mark-lists to the Head of the school in sealed packets.

(4)

The sealed packets of marks lists of oral examinations shall be submitted by the concerned Head of the school to the office of the Board as per the scheduled date.

(5)

The Head of the school where the oral examination is conducted, shall be responsible for making arrangements for oral examinations and for smooth conduct of such examinations.
