धारा 15 · Section 15

The Bar Council will finally be full controlling and administrative authority of the Council Fund and it shall take proper step and final decision with respect to the Pension (Welfare) Scheme or other connected affairs thereto in the larger interest of its members. The Bar Council may from time to time constitute the Sub-Committee/s of the member/s of the Bar Council and Advocates for supervision and execution of this scheme. The decision of the Bar Council shall be final and binding precedent on all Advocates' Associations and its members.
