धारा 5 · Under (2) the Forest Settlement Officer, acting as a Civil Court, is required to record the substance of all statements regarding claims to rights invited under Section 6. He is further required to make a similar record of any rights of which the existence is ascertained, whether from previous records or by local inquiry
