धारा 2 · Application of the Act I of 1950

- All the provisions of the Assam Co-operative Societies Act, 1949 (Act I of 1950) and all rules and orders made thereunder subject to any amendments to which they are for the time being subject in the rest of Assam shall be applied to, and be in force in, the said from the commencement of the Regulation.
