धारा 5 · Subject to Section 3, conditions of grants remain unmodified

- Subject to the liability to be assessed to revenue in terms of Section 3, nothing herein contained shall be deemed to modify the terms and conditions of any grant, or prejudice the rights and privileges of the grantee in any way.
