धारा 19 · Section 19

Under the direction of the Committee the Secretary will carry on correspondence with the proper authority on behalf of the Committee ; provided that no correspondence shall be made direct to the Board of Secondary Education, Assam or the Government who can be addressed only through the Inspector of Schools and the Director.
