धारा 11 · Management

(1)

The general superintendency's, direction and management of the affairs of every Corporation shall vest in a Board of Directors, which may, subject to the provisions of this Act or the Rules or the Memorandum of Association perform all functions of the Corporation.

(2)

The Board, a discharging its functions shall act with due regard to the interest of the Corporation and the agriculturist members.
