धारा 3 · Preparation of Electoral Rolls

- The Electoral Roll for the Corporation shall be such part or parts of the current electoral roll of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly Constituencies, prepared and published under the Representation of the people Act, 1950, as relates to the Corporation, which shall be prepared by such person authorized by the State Election Commissioner, or such date as may be specified by the Election Commission, and any amendments issued to the said electoral roll of the Assembly Constituencies, thereafter, as they relate to the Corporation, upto the date of election notification, shall be carried out therein.
