धारा 18 · Retainer Fee:

- Retainer fee shall be paid to the following Law Officers as shown against each :
(1)
Public Prosecutor in the High Court shall be paid retainer fee of Rs.1,250/- (Rupees One thousand two hundred and fifty only) per month.(2)
Additional Public Prosecutor in the High Court shall be paid retainer fee of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) per month.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
