6. The acts described above disclose cognizable offences. Under Section 173(1) BNSS [s.154(1) CrPC] information about a cognizable offence must be reduced to writing, read over to me, signed by me and entered in the station book; and under Section 173(2) BNSS [s.154(2) CrPC] a copy must be given to me free of cost.

I therefore request that —
(a) an FIR be registered on this complaint;
(b) the beneficiary accounts be put on hold and the money traced through the reference number above, before it moves further;
(c) a copy of the FIR be given to me free of cost under Section 173(2) BNSS [s.154(2) CrPC].
