Section 6 · Resignation of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and other members

The Chairman, the Vice-Chairman or any other member of the Corporation may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the State Government and, on such resignation being accepted by that Government, shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
