No person shall keep in any shop or place in which milk is stored or in any manufactory, shop or place, in which butter, ghee or any other tilk product or wheat, flour, mustard oil, tea, edible oil, edible fat, sugar or gur is manufactured or stored, any substance intended to be used for the purpose of adulteration.
