Section 134 · Rights over sub-soil water resources

(1)
All rights over the sub-soil water resources in Howrah shall vest in the Corporation.(2)
No person shall sink a tubewell in Howrah except with the prior permission of the Commissioner.(3)
The Commissioner may grant such permission on such terms and conditions as may be determined by regulation.Your private note on this section
