Section 3 · Establishment of Debt Settlement Boards

(1)
The [State Government] [Words substituted by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937 and the Adaptation of Laws Order. 1950, respectively.] may, by notification, establish one or more Debt Settlement Boards for any local area specified in the notification.(2)
