Section 1 · Short title and commencement

These Rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh [Zila Panchayats] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.] (Terms and Conditions for Holding of Certain Posts by Government Officers) Rules, 1968.

They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.
