Section 5 · Jurisdiction of the Forum:

- 5.1 The Forum shall not entertain a complaint, if it pertains to matters mentioned in Sections 126, 127, 128, 135 to 139, 143, 152 and 161 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

5.2

The Fom shall hav the jurisdiction to take up complaints, except those under Regulation 5.1, on an application before it or suo moto if it considers appropriate in the interest of justice.
5.3The Fom shall notentertain a complaint if it pertains to the same subject matter for which any proceedings before any court, authority or any other Forum is pending or a decree award or a final order has already been passed by any competent court, authority or Forum.
