Section 16 · Duty to Notify:

- The Forum, Electricity Ombudsman and Distribution Licensee shall notify and bring to the notice of the consumers, by wide publicity in TV, Newspapers, Display on notice boards, website and other means -

(i)

(a)

ame of Chairperson and Member of the Forum,

(b)

offce address, e-mail address and working hours of the Forum,

(ii)

(a)name of the Electricity Ombudsman,
(b)offce address and working hours of the Electricity Ombudsman,

(iii)

sch other details as considered proper in the interest of the consumers.
