Section 9 · Preferential qualification

- A candidate who has-

(i)

the preferential qualification in respect of a post mentioned in Rule 8, or

(ii)

served in the territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or

(iii)

obtained a 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps,
shall, other thing being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment.
