Section 19 · Recognition of Aqua-culture seed certification agencies of foreign countries

- The Government may, on the recommendation of the State Aqua-culture Seed Committee and, by notification, recognise any Culture Seed Certification Agency established in any foreign country for the purposes of this Act.Chapter - VI
