(1)
An Advocate shall be bound to appear in Court on any day which, by notice duly or in accordance with the practice of the Court, is fixed for the hearing of a proceeding in which he is appointed by the party.(2)
Where an Advocate appointed by a party in any of the proceedings is prevented by reasonable cause from appearing and conducting the proceedings at any hearing, he may instruct another Advocate to appear for him at that hearing.Your private note on this section
