Section 1 · Short title, Extent and Commencement

These rules shall be called "High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan Advocate Conduct Rules, 2006".(2)
(A)
In these Rules unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context, the word 'Advocate' shall include a firm of Advocates.(B)
The word 'Court' shall mean the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan and the Courts subordinate thereto.Your private note on this section
