The staff of the Commission, who are on deputation from other organizations and subscribers of the Contributory Provident Fund/General Provident Fund, shall continue to be Members of such Fund. The subscription in respect of such employees shall be deducted from their salary as per the scheme applicable in their parent Organisation and along with employer's contribution towards pension/gratuity as per the terms and conditions of deputation shall be deposited in the Contributory/General Provident/Pension/Gratuity Fund as per the terms of deputation.
