Remuneration to Officers & Staff for the Lok Adalat.
(1)
Every member of the Bench of Lok Adalat shall be entitled to conveyance allowance and daily allowance, as may be fixed by the Executive Chairman.(2)
The Presiding Officer, members of the Lok Adalats benches and supporting staff at Sub-Division and District Levels shall also be entitled to honorarium for holding Lok Adalat at such rate as may be fixed by the Executive Chairman.Your private note on this section
