Section 5 · Design of Handcarts

(1)
No handcart shall be licensed under these bye-laws unless :-(i)
it has pneumetic tyre wheels ; and(ii)
it conforms to one of the standard designs approved by the Chief Administrator.(2)
Handcarts which have already been licensed shall be suitably changed so as to conform to one of the Standard designs approved by the Chief Administrator within a period of six months from the coming into force of these bye-laws.Your private note on this section
