. - (1) The bye-laws may be called the Chandigarh Hand Cart (Control and Regulation) Bye-laws, 1975.

They shall come into force on such date as the Chief Administrator may by notification in the Chandigarh Administration Gazette appoint after confirmation of these bye-laws under section 201 of the Punjab Municipal Act, 1911.Your private note on this section
