Section 45 · Transfer of Registration

(1)
A registered veterinary practitioner of other State who wants to practise veterinary medicine in the State, may apply on payment of Rs. 15 (Rupees fifteen only) in the shape of Postal Order/Bank Draft as fee specified under Section 52 along with the service charge of Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) to get his name registered in the State Veterinary Register on application in Form No. X along with no objection certificate of the State Council where he/she already registered.(2)
The Register shall satisfy himself before transferring his/her registration, that no disciplinary proceeding is pending against him/her and there are no other reason for rejecting the application for transfer.Your private note on this section
