Section 157 · And from proper authority in exporting district

- Such import shall not be made unless the importer has obtained from the proper authority in the exporting district a pass containing the following particulars namely :
(a)
the gross weight of the package and the net weight of the bhang therein;(b)
the number of bags of bhang protected by the pass ;(c)
the distinguishing marks by which such bags may be identified ;(d)
the name of the person to whom delivery is to be given; and(e)
