Provision of Penalty for obliteration of official notice, signal or sign.Whoever will remove, destroy, deface or otherwise obliterate any notice published or any signal or any sign made by the Panchayat or its officer or under its orders without permission of an authority in that behalf, shall be penalized under the Indian Penal Code.
