Section 8 · Insertion of Section 44-A in Central Act 9 of 1910

- After Section 44 of the principal Act, the following section shall be inserted namely :-"44-A. Abetment. - Whoever abets an offence punishable under Section 44 shall be punished with the punishment provided for the offence."
