Section 10 · Insertion of Sections 50-A and 50-B in Central Act 9 of 1910

- After Section 50 of the principal Act, the following section shall be inserted, namely :-"50-A. Certain offences to be cognizable. - Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 or Section 50, offences under Sections 39, 39-A, 44 and 44-A shall be cognizable and non-bailable.
