NR Rules 7Chapter I · 1. Definitions. - (a) "roll" means the roll of persons entitled to vote at an election under these rules.
Section 7 · The State Government may, of its own motion, or on an objection made before it, declare any election that has been held to be void on account of corrupt practice or any sufficient cause and may call upon the electorate to make a fresh election.
