Section 68 · Possession etc. of certain salts - Section 10(1)(a)

- The provisions of these rules shall not apply to the import, export, transport, possession or sale of codeine, dionion and its salts by a licensed chemist having the requisite facilities for processing narcotic drugs into various preparations unless the quantity involved in any transaction, or possessed at any one time exceeds 500 grams.
