Section 13 · Procedure for sending cannabis suspected to be adulterated - Section 10(1)(a)

- When cannabis delivered by a cultivator to the Deputy Excise and Taxation Commissioner or any other officer authorised in this behalf, is suspected of being adulterated with any foreign substance, it shall be forwarded to the Governments State Factory separately, after it is properly sealed in the presence of the cultivator and the concerned Lambardar.
